Multi-Media Control Platform (MMC) is mainly used in control and dispatch application of industries such as Emergency Communication. It is the full service support platform of industry which integrated communication accessing and controlling, media processing and transaction processing. Station command center can be deployed telnet command terminal and operator, and can be connected with substation command center by IP network. Users can give an alarm by mobile telephone, telephone, short message, GPS and intelligent mobile terminal, can take locale photo or video, then transfer these information to related command terminal or operator of command center through mobile telephone.

Substation command center

It can be deployed media control platform, multimedia command terminal and operator, can be deployed telnet command terminal and operator, which constructs relatively absolute command dispatching network. Media control platform of substation can be intercommunicated with media control platform of station command center, and built multistage networking.

Mobile command center

Through disposing media control platform, car-carrying terminal gateway, communications terminal group, satellite communication car-carrying station and other emergency communication equipments on mobile command car, the mobile command center can quickly be built up, which can provide emergency command business on scene、collecting field data and one-man operations business, to achieve unified coordination command scheduling. The mobile command center can be intercommunicated with media control platform of station command center, and building multistage network.
