Datang Mobile has announced that, she has taken the lead in demonstrating TD-LTE service in the international exhibition period. Huang Xiao-qing, Director of the research institute of China Mobile said, this demonstration marked TD-LTE industry has made important headway. TD-LTE not only gives the direction of TD-SCDMA, but also provides wide space for home-grown TDD technology, which is expected to go abroad soon later.

It was said that this demonstration was based on the Datang Mobile self-developed principle prototype machine, which achieved 100 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. Xie Yong-bin, president of Datang Mobile, said that, Datang was in the leading position of TD-LTE, and would devote herself to researching and developing TD-LTE system and terminals to satisfy China Mobile and other operators for strategic mobile internet plan.
